How long does processing take?
All items are made to order and individually pressed by hand. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.How long does shipping take?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee at checkout. Orders over the free shipping threshold (if applicable) will automatically qualify.My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have my package.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier for assistance. -
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. We offer a limited number of rush order slots each week.Rush orders receive priority production with a reduced processing time of 2–3 business days, plus expedited 1–2 business day shipping once your order has shipped.
How do rush orders work?
When you select Rush Processing at checkout, your order moves to the front of our production queue. Once completed, it will ship via expedited delivery.Can I select expedited shipping without rush processing?
No. Expedited shipping is only available with Rush Processing. Standard orders follow our regular 5–7 business day production timeline.Is delivery guaranteed by a specific date?
While we prioritize rush orders and ship them via expedited service, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.How much does Rush Processing cost?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email orders@problemsolversbrand.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.What if I ordered the wrong size?

To maintain print quality:
Wash inside out
Use cold water
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the design
Proper care will help preserve the longevity of your garment.
